Beyoncé: “I Wanna Kill Somebody”

Ok, let it be known that this is absolutely not a “gossip blog.” First off there is no way in hell I could ever outdo my friend Mario, aka Perez Hilton. Second, I pretty much hate gossip. Third… whatever.

So apparently in the May issue of Vibe, cover girl Beyoncé shows us just how sexy she looks when wet, and then tells us she has feelings, too… Feelings of anger and murderous rage at least:

“If it’s something about my sister or my nephew or it’s something evil, then yes, I’m upset,” Beyoncé said about gossip. “I wanna kill somebody. If it’s a rumor that’s vindictive, or something harmful, or something everybody’s believing that is completely not true, then it’s frustrating because there’s nothing you can do about it. If someone misquotes you, or says some complete lie, and then they go back and retract that, people still don’t believe you didn’t say it. … So sometimes it hurts. Sometimes I wanna cry. Sometimes I wanna scream. Sometimes I wanna curse people out.”

The thing is, I happen to work on the website for a TV show that makes its living on gossip. I get the production-wide emails and there are TVs all around me playing entertainews all day long.  Our shows both aim to be “newsy,” (I’m not joking, that’s the term the Executive Producer uses), and it appears that actual “news” shows are going for “entertainmenty,” and to me they all blend into one thing I call “entertainews.”  I’m inundated with gossip - its really nearly too much to handle. So, once in a while I will be unable to control myself and I will post a gossipy thing. However, if you really dig gossip and you don’t know about Perez Hilton already, and you have somehow stumbled upon my blog (granted this would all have to happen in some alternate universe), do check him out for the most consistently trashy, funny, and outrageous gossip.
