Are you sure we are talking about citizens? I’m pretty sure we just imprison legal residents that might be terrorists… Then we have that “secret” place where we “hold” people who may or may not have committed war crimes. I’m not sure if they are included in these numbers…probably not. Someday, we will get them all, and then we will be able to take liquids on air planes again without running the risk of anyone opening the bottles and realizing that they contain bong water. Of course, lots of people will lose their jobs…but they probably have a lot of cigarette lighters and toiletries they can sell. Otherwise, they’ll just commit crimes and go to jail.
