Developers on iPhone SDK: OMG! ABFT!

I’ve got my iphone and used iFuntastic to unshackle, (Get iFuntastic v3.0.3 here), breezy to install .pxl packaged software, including anySIM, which I used to unlock the phone. It runs perfectly on tMobile’s edge network and on wifi, etc. It’s a great device although some of the apps are very buggy, and there are moments when dealing with the unlocking operation when you become terrified that you may well lose the patient and end up with an iBrick. My roommate went through that, but it turned out it was not the software or the unlocking that bricked his phone, it was plugging it in to an old iPod charger that used firewire… so he got a new one. By the way - say you DID brick your phone with the unlocking software… just plug it in to an old iPod charger and fry it before you bring it back to apple
